Made by a pilot for pilots, the “VERO BEACH Combo” of Throttle & Control Knobs. Consists of a power lever with your selection of a TO/GA or PTT, ………..AND……………both FAR 23.781 PROP and MIXTURE control knobs. If your setup is a two lever quadrant, the “COMBO” consists of a power lever and the Mixture knob. All are manufactured in the USA by Swearingen 3D works of Marion IA., packaged in the USA and distributed by the designer. Everything you order is prepared just for you, only after you order. Upon order, your configuration options are checked and incorporated, final assembly completed, and continuity checks performed to assure the value and performance I have designed for you.

The power lever grip consists of a 2.25 inch 3D printed “VERO BEACH” power lever (PL), scaled from Piper engineering plans. In conjunction with the PROP and MIXTURE knobs, all have been made compatible with the Vans RV-3, -4, and -8 /8A throttle quadrants CT-42F, CT-43F and CT- 82F, 83F and 81R (as pictured). The “Power Lever” is sized to adequately clear the “PROP control” while still retaining the throttle ergonomics of the original Vans throttle quadrant. Either the PTT and the TO/GA switch is contained within the PL, and is operated by the pad of the left-hand thumb.

This is a combo that provides a remove and replace option to your CT series of Vans throttle quadrant ball grip of throttle, prop control and mixture knob. . It comes complete with a functionally tested and wired switch of your selection. (RV-4 CT-43F Throttle quadrant shown in pictures, not included in sale).

The switch is mounted within the PL, wired and provided with 20 inches of 22 AWG, Shielded TEFZEL, three conductor, functionally tested wire harness. The TO/GA wire harness measures 3.52 mm diameter.

 PTT cap comes standard in red with a “GLOW” switch surround.

The switch is mounted within the PL, wired and provided with 20 inches of 22 AWG, Shielded TEFZEL, two conductor, functionally tested wire harness. The wire harness measures 2.95 mm diameter.
